摘要: 本文章結(jié)合神華國(guó)華錦界能源有限責(zé)任公司# 5 - # 6 機(jī)組(2×660MW)主要輔機(jī)單列布置設(shè)計(jì),調(diào)研分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)已投產(chǎn)的輔機(jī)單列布置超臨界以上機(jī)組控制實(shí)際情況,并針對(duì)單列布置輔機(jī)熱工測(cè)點(diǎn)的設(shè)置、保護(hù)和聯(lián)鎖邏輯設(shè)計(jì)、DCS的信號(hào)分配、信號(hào)判斷處理等方面的可靠性提升方案進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,為同類型工程控制設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化提供技術(shù)參考。

Abstract: Based on the single row layout design of main auxiliary units of Shenhua Guohua Jinjie Energy Co., Ltd. (2 * 660MW), this paper investigates and analyzes the actual situation of single row layout of auxiliary units above supercritical in China, The scheme of reliability improvement in the aspects of setting of thermal measurement points,protection and interlock logic design, signal distribution of DCS, signal judgment and processing, etc. for single row auxiliary equipment, is
briefly described, which provides technical reference for the control design optimization of the same type of engineering.
