    核電DCS物項(xiàng)替代的一種 方法研究

    隨著我國(guó)核電事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,核能發(fā)電已被人們廣泛接受。截 至目前,我國(guó)在役運(yùn)行機(jī)組已達(dá)到47臺(tái)。隨著機(jī)組運(yùn)行時(shí)間的積累,核 電數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備、部件存在不同程度的故障和性能降低等老化問(wèn) 題,急需對(duì)原始物項(xiàng)進(jìn)行替代。然而,國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)論是監(jiān)管層面還是行業(yè)層 面,目前均沒(méi)有形成一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的方法解決在役運(yùn)行核電廠(NPP)數(shù)字 化儀控產(chǎn)品的物項(xiàng)替代問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這一情況,本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)核電廠數(shù)字 化儀控系統(tǒng)物項(xiàng)替代的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,對(duì)我國(guó)能源行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及美國(guó)EPRI相關(guān) 的導(dǎo)則、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了研究,提出適合國(guó)內(nèi)核電行業(yè)應(yīng)用的一種物項(xiàng)替代 方法,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)核電行業(yè)物項(xiàng)替代活動(dòng)具有很好的借鑒意義。

    Abstract: With the development of China's nuclear power industry,  nuclear power generation has been widely accepted. Up to now, the  number of units in-service has reached 47. With the accumulation of  unit running time, the equipment and components of nuclear power  digital instrument and control system have aging problems of different  degrees, such as failure and performance degradation, so it is urgent to  replace the primary items. However, both at the regulatory level and the  industry level in China, there is no currently a unified method to solve  the problem of item substitution of digital instrument control products  for in-service nuclear power plant (NPP). In order to solve this situation,  combined with the domestic nuclear power plant item substitution  of the actual application of DCS instrument control system, this  paper studies the criteria of energy industry in China and the related  guidelines, standards of EPRI in America, and proposes an approach of  item substitution for China's nuclear industry application, which has  the very good reference to item substitution activity for China's nuclear  industry.
